1. Aging and Alterations of Artworks

The artworks offered on our site are created using handcrafted materials and unique artistic techniques, which may naturally evolve over time. While we ensure the quality of the materials used, we cannot guarantee how an artwork will age or react to specific environmental conditions.

Therefore, natural alterations (such as color changes, cracks, or other material-related developments) do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

However, if a significant alteration occurs within one (1) year of purchase and appears to be due to a manufacturing or material defect, we encourage our customers to contact us with photographic evidence for a case-by-case evaluation.

Alterations caused by improper exposure (humidity, direct light, etc.) or incorrect handling are not covered.

2. Care Guide

Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items, without the need to provide a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at contact.ilonaparis@gmail.com.

2. Refund

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method as the original order. No fees will be applied to the refund.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the products must:

• Have been purchased within the last 14 days.

• Be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order products.

• Sealed items for hygiene or health protection reasons, if the seal has been broken.

• Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are perishable.

4. Return Procedure

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, a store credit in the form of a gift voucher will be issued after receiving the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser's name.
